Silicone Sex Doll Repair: Practical Daily Maintenance Experience

I have been living with my silicone sex doll for quite some time now. She is made of medical-grade silicone, but even this high-quality silicone is not completely immune to wear and tear. Although I take good care of her, small scratches or minor tears can still occur. The good news is that most of these problems can be easily repaired at home.

Here are some silicone sex doll repair tips I’ve picked up from my daily experience, which you can use as a reference. I hope they are helpful for others facing similar situations.

Common Issues

The most common damage usually comes from scratches caused by fingernails or from metal zippers accidentally scraping when dressing, undressing, or moving the doll.

When I happened to notice some damage on my doll, I got pretty nervous. But it was actually just surface damage, and as long as you fix it in time, it is usually not a big deal.

My Basic Repair Process

Before starting, I prepare gloves, isopropyl alcohol, silicone repair glue, pigments that match my doll’s skin tone, cotton swabs, a soft brush, and a small scraper tool.

  1. Clean the damaged area with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs to remove oil and dust, then let it dry completely.
  2. Mix the pigments and glue at a 1:1 ratio.
  3. Adjust the doll’s position so the damaged area is relaxed and not under tension.
  4. Use a small brush or cotton swab to apply a thin layer of repair glue inside the tear.
  5. Carefully press both sides of the tear together.
  6. Let the adhesive cure for about 6 to 8 hours.(Follow the instructions of your Silicone repair glue since curing times can vary. )

Tip: You can use masking tape to hold the area closed while it cures. This helps keep the edges aligned.

  1. Clean the damaged area and any exposed joints or internal frame with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs, then let it dry.
  2. Put the dislocated joint or skeleton back into its original position.
  3. Use a small brush to slowly apply repair glue starting from the inside of the tear and moving outward.
  4. Align both sides of the tear and press them together to keep it closed.
  5. Scrape off excess glue gently using a scraper.
  6. Let it sit for about 30 minutes until it fully cures.

Tip: Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly on exposed joints or the skeleton to prevent it from sticking to the inner TPE skin.

Repairing Gel Breasts and Gel Butts

I have also had my doll’s gel breasts become slightly deflated before. If your doll also has gel-filled butts, you may notice the same issue. This usually happens when the gel in the breasts or butts is under long-term pressure, causing it to shift and rebound more slowly, which makes the area look slightly deflated.

Before starting the repair, I usually prepare repair AB gel(I usually use Irontech Deflated Breasts Repair AB Gel),a large syringe with a needle, and a repair glue kit.

Repair Steps

  1. Choose a less visible injection point, such as natural folds or hidden areas, and insert the needle carefully.(For breasts, the needle is usually inserted through the nipple.)
  2. Following insertion, use the needle to gently separate the gel section from the skin creating a cavity to ensure a smooth injection process.
  3. Mix A gel and B gel in the ratio of 1:1.(The mixed gel should be injected into the deflated area as soon as possible, otherwise it will start to set quickly.)
  4. Draw the repair AB gel into the syringe and inject the gel until the area returns to a full and natural shape.
  5. Remove the needle and clean the injection site.
  6. Once the repair is done, if there is a visible needle hole, you can simply patch it with repair glue.

Summary

Most minor damage on silicone sex dolls can usually be repaired at home. What I shared above is just what I have been using to handle these issues. The process is not as difficult as it might seem. As long as you handle it in time, stay gentle, and remain patient, your doll will stay in good condition and keep you company for a long time.

If you run into more serious damage, it is always a good idea to reach out to the vendor or manufacturer, as they usually have more experience with repairs.
