On the selected doll’s product page, you’ll find a full range of customization options, including: head sculpt, hairstyle, eye color, nail style, vagina type (fixed or removable), breast type/gel-filled options, standing feet, heating function, moaning/voice feature, and more.
Choose each option according to your personal taste.
Some upgrades carry an additional fee. Please distinguish between free customizations and paid premium options before confirming.
3. Checkout & Payment
Add your fully customized doll to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter accurate shipping address and contact details. Select your preferred payment method: credit card, PayPal, etc.
4. Review & Confirm Your Order
After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing the doll model, all customization details, total amount, shipping address, and estimated production/shipping timeline.
Please double-check every detail carefully.
If you spot any mistakes (wrong address, incorrect options, etc.), contact us immediately so we can correct them and avoid unnecessary issues.
5. Production Begins
Once your order is verified, we forward the confirmed specifications to the manufacturer within 24 hours.
Production time varies by brand, material, and customization complexity — typically 2–3 weeks. Thank you for your patience during this period.
6. Receive Factory Photos for Final Approval
Before shipping, we will send you a set of real, unedited photos of your completed doll. These images show the full body, face details, body features, and every customization you selected.
Please inspect them thoroughly to ensure everything matches your order and expectations.
This is your last chance to request adjustments before dispatch. If anything looks incorrect or unsatisfactory, notify us right away.
7. Discreet Shipping & Tracking
Once shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number and carrier link so you can monitor the package in real time.
Your doll ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or sensitive wording — 100% discreet and privacy-protected.
If tracking updates stall or anything seems unusual, please contact us or the carrier promptly.
8. Receive & Inspect Your Doll
For your protection, we strongly recommend filming an unboxing video (if conditions allow) in case any issues arise later.
Open the package carefully to avoid scratching the doll. After removal, thoroughly inspect the doll for any transit damage, defects, or quality concerns.
If you find any problems, take clear photos or video evidence immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
