Confirm the Eyeball Size
Most silicone doll heads use press-to-turn eyes, which come in different sizes. A common outer diameter is around 27–31 mm.
It’s important to note that silicone doll eyeballs do not have a standard size. Different heads may use different-sized eyeballs, and the way the eyeballs are secured can also vary. Some eyeballs have a square protrusion on the back that helps lock them in place and keep them more secure, while others do not have this feature.
So before buying replacement eyeballs, contact the vendor to confirm the eyeball size and how they are secured. The best option is to buy an extra pair of eyeballs when you purchase the doll, or simply buy eyeballs from the same brand as the doll.
Before You Start
First, prepare a round-tip stick, water-based lubricant, and the doll’s new eyes.
The round-tip stick is used to remove the old eyes, making it easier to replace them.

How to Replace the Eyes
- Insert the round-tip stick gently from one side of the eye socket and pry the old eyeballs out.
- Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant around the edge of the eye socket and on the back of the new eye.
- Place the new eye into the eye socket.
- Adjust the eye until it reaches the angle you want.
